What Machines are available for rent?

How many hours in monthly/weekly rental?

Where are machines located?

Yards in and around Calgary including one in Aldersyde / Okotoks, and one in Nisku / Edmonton.

Who’s responsibility is servicing?

Machines will always be serviced and ready to go upon pick up and customers are responsible for servicing equipment on 250 hour intervals. If customers are not able to service equipment or are too busy, Heavy Iron can always complete the service as needed and charge back.

Who’s responsible to wash and clean machine upon return?

Machines are washed and cleaned upon pick up so they are to be returned in the same condition.

Am I responsible for freight?

Machines are all FOB Heavy Iron yards so customer is responsible for picking up and returning machine to appropriate yard; Heavy Iron can arrange transport and then charge back to customer if needed.

Can Heavy Iron assist with importing equipment from the USA?

Yes, we have the ability to import any equipment from the USA or abroad so please call us for assistance as we would be happy to assist you.

Does any of your equipment come with warranty?

Yes, quite often we purchase low hour equipment from OEM dealers and factory warranty can be transferred or additional warranty purchased – call us for a quote.

Do you have mechanics available for hire?

Yes, we have a few mechanics available so please call for details.

If it is not listed on your website, do you have it?

While we endeavor to keep all of our equipment on our website, there will be times where we have access to something that is not listed on our website so please call us for details.

Are your rates set in stone?

No, we are always willing to work with our customers on rates
